A Grand Canyon Thanksgiving

We spent 5 glorious days backpacking in the Grand Canyon over the Thanksgiving holiday.

 We are thankful for:
1 Beautiful places
2. Our health
3. Each other
4. Our lovable dogs
5. Time to enjoy the places around us

Calendar Quilt Project- DONE!

Last Christmas I made this wall hanging for my mother-in-law. Then each month I made the insert that snaps onto the hanging. It was fun to complete a small project each month. It was fun to see her excitement each month as well. It has the November insert on right now. It is the last one I finished!

Wool Project

While at the Spokane Quilt Show we found the patterns for these cute wool pins. I made the Thanksgiving one for my mother-in-law!

It was quick and used the little snips of wool I have been saving! I have the Christmas one cut out already!
