I made mine entirely from my stash until I got to the border and the binding. This was a really fun project to do. I have had it back from the quilter for a long time. I have been slowly working on the binding and the hanging sleeve. It is finished! I will give it to the librarian at my school as she does so many nice things for everyone there. She is a frog lover so I hope she enjoys this quilt!
That's such a nice thing to do. You will get a lot of pleasure from it. I made a year 6 quilt with the art teacher a few years ago. Each child painted a block and then I stitched the whole thing together. It hangs in one of the main walkways of the school and I get a buzz everytime I see it. Hope the library loves it.
