A BIG FINISH!

I have been working on the 49 hand appliqued blocks for the Joseph's Coat Quilt Along for 2 years now! These blocks are well traveled. Some have been down the Salmon River, others went across England by backpack last summer, and others have watched countless episodes of NCIS. Well, this morning (the first one of Spring Break), I finished number 49!!!

NO, the quilt is not done, yet...

Now I have to hand piece the blocks together! One step at a time is how you climb! 

I did work on my Sue Spargo sampler some more last night. Here is a picture of it in progress. 

It is Spring Break, but spring is slow coming around here. I do have a touch of spring in my kitchen as Nephew Eric and his girlfriend gave me some lovely tulips for my birthday. Thanks! I just love them! They cheer me up!
